On behalf of my colleagues on City Council and the citizens of Prince Albert, it is my pleasure to extend a warm and sincere welcome to everyone attending the 46th Annual Prince Albert Winter Festival.
The Prince Albert Winter Festival provides an opportunity for friends and family to enjoy our refreshing winter season. Our city will be the place to be for music, fun and friendly competition. I encourage all citizens and visitors to attend as many events as possible; it is indeed a memorable experience. There is something in the Winter Festival for everyone to enjoy!
Thank you to the many participants for your continued support and displaying your talent and skills in your chosen event. I applaud the organizers and volunteers, both new and old, and thank you for your continued dedication and hard work, which results in a Festival that we are all proud of.
I encourage you to take the time to enjoy what the Prince Albert Winter Festival has to offer and to be a part of the tradition and true heritage of Prince Albert.
